Getting Out of the Rough

During the 1972 British Open at Muirfield, Scotland, Tony Jacklin and Lee Trevino argumented the 9th dump from the tee. Jacklin went for the store over the left-hand fairway hollow, while Trevino played more conservatively down the right edge. Both varnished in the rough, but inside iron expanse of the green.
